The city of Dunkirk is preparing for their Eclipse Fest event on Monday, April 8 at the Clarion Hotel/Steelbound Brewery in Dunkirk from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Complimentary eclipse eyeglasses are available starting Wednesday for all Dunkirk residents at no cost. Pick-up locations include the city clerk, treasurer and youth and recreation offices at Dunkirk City Hall located at 342 Central Avenue. A special thanks to the Chautauqua County Office of Emergency Services and Chautauqua Visitors Bureau, partner agency, for providing the eyeglasses.
