The May 19 Junque & Disorderly Antiques, Toys & Collectibles Market is in the books. The final tally was 59 booths with absolutely no room left in Floral Hall at the Chautauqua County Fairgrounds. The booths were filled with everything from Victorian gowns to Star Wars action figures and everything in between. The turnout was much more than anticipated with just shy of 800 people in attendance. A thank you goes out to the vendors and shoppers. A grand total of $2,773 was collected in admissions and donations for the Dunkirk Lighthouse & Veterans Park Museum. The money will help with repairs from this winter’s storm damage and build a new railing to the entrance of the lighthouse. David Briska, Director of the Lighthouse said, “We are overwhelmed with the generosity and can’t thank the organizers and shoppers enough for thinking of us.”
