Peter Johnson has defeated Sally Jaroszynski for the Conservative line for Family Court Judge in this fall’s elections.

Results from Tuesday’s primary shows Johnson received 157 votes while Jaroszynski received 47 votes.

Both candidates will still be on the ballot this fall. Along with the Conservative line, Johnson will be running on the Republican line, while Jaroszynski is running on the Working Families line.

The Family Court Judge race was the only primary in Chautauqua County.
