NORTH HARMONY — An rollover accident on Tuesday evening on Route 394 has left one woman dead and two others injured.

Around 6:49 p.m., deputies with the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to Route 394 near Carpenter Pringle Road.

Upon arrival deputies determined that a 2018 white SUV was traveling eastbound when it traveled off the road causing the vehicle to rollover. Two female occupants in the vehicle sustained serious injuries and were transported to UPMC Hamot for treatment. The third female passenger was pronounced deceased. The investigation is ongoing.
