Forestville duo facing drug charges

FORESTVILLE – An investigation into drug activity for the past five months in the hamlet ended Friday with narcotics investigators from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Dunkirk Police Department, and Jamestown Police Department executing a search warrant at 13 Third St.

A search warrant was also executed on a Chevy pickup being driven by Jason Dolce, 39, and occupied by Allison Pawlowski, 40, both of Forestville.

As a result of the search Investigators seized 82 grams of crack cocaine, scales and packaging material for the distribution of narcotics and $422. Dolce and Pawlowski were both charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia. Dolce and Pawlowski were both transported to the Chautauqua County Jail to be arraigned by the Centralized Arraignment Program.
