SHERIDAN – The Sheridan Memorial Post 6390 Auxiliary met April 14 at the Post. The group discussed a future fundraising bingo event in the fall. More information to come on that at the end of summer.

Members were asked to help clean up at the Post on April 19 to coincide with Earth Day which is Easter this year. There is a bake sale on Friday, May 16th beginning at 4 p.m. There will also be a nice basket raffle that evening.

The post elected the new officers for next year and their installation will be at the meeting in June. The charter was draped in honor of a recently deceased member. There was a transfer request from a member of a post in North Carolina and her application was sent to her.

The post will be purchasing name plates for the display in the Post of our life members and deceased members.
