Cope Foundation holds session at Walmart

COPE Foundation 19 held an event at the Fredonia Walmart on May 10. Its mission was to distribute information about the non-profit and how we benefit the community. All the volunteers and members of the board participated in making this a huge success. Many questions were asked how we process the children through our “Circle of Light” campaign. And how far we reach out. We do serve the north County of Chautauqua. There were so many families who shared their individual stories of the connection they have with addiction close to them. I told them that the first best step is to acknowledge the issue at hand, then begin the healing process. It was a distinct honor to be part of the community and having so many devoted members serve alongside our mission and purpose. COPE Foundation 19 is a children’s non-profit. It serves children from high school age to 3-year-olds who have lost a parent to either death, abandonment or imprisonment. If you or anyone you know could use our services, please go to our website at www.copefoundation19.com or call 716-281-3636. Those who would like to sponsor a child, there’s a donation link on the website. We are always looking for volunteers to help serve these children.
