The Mayville Post Office participated in the 2025 National Association of Letter Carriers “Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive” on May 10. Thanks to the Post Office and postal customers, 28 tubs plus many more bags of non-perishable food, totaling approximately 750 pounds, was collected and donated to the Mayville Food Pantry. Many thanks go out to all those who donated and to the Post Office personnel who organized and collected the food. Generous donations have helped to fill the pantry shelves with much needed food, allowing the Pantry to assist families in need who reside within the Chautauqua Lake Central School District. The Mayville Food Pantry, Board members, and our volunteers are deeply appreciative for the community’s continued support.
