A rollover accident on Route 83 is being investigated by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office. Around 9:42 p.m., deputies responded to the motor vehicle accident involving personal injuries in the town of Arkwright. Both the operator and the passenger were transported by EMS to Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo to be treated for injuries. Cassadaga and Forestville Fire Departments and Chautauqua County EMS responded as well.
