Kim Levan to guest conduct ‘The Battle Hymn of the Republic’

The Chautauqua County Music Teachers Association will hold its annual Spring All-County Concert at 7:30 p.m. Saturday in the Chautauqua Institution Amphitheater. Kim Levan, the vocal general music teacher for Dunkirk City School District, who is retiring this year will be the guest conductor for “The Battle Hymn of the Republic,” which will be performed by a combination of the junior and senior bands and choruses.

The incorrect conductor was listed in Thursday’s OBSERVER.
