WESTFIELD – A fire that destroyed a camper and another building is under investigation.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office has announced its Fire Investigation Team is currently investigating a fire that occurred on McKinley Road in the Town of Westfield Tuesday around 12:45 p.m. There was a camper and small structure located at 7984 McKinley Road that were destroyed as a result of the fire.

The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Westfield Police, county Emergency Services, as well as the fire departments of Westfield, Portland, Brocton and North Lake.
