LITTLE VALLEY – The first competitions of the Cattaraugus County Fair took place on Saturday and Sunday.

Saturday was highlighted by the 4-H Dog Show, the 4-H Horse Jumping Show, and the Open Beef Show. A full day of events on Sunday began with the 4-H and Open Exhibition Poultry Show and the 4-H Horse Costume Class. The remainder of the day consisted of the 4-H Miniature and Driving Horse Shows, the 4-H Hog Show, and the Open Hog Show.
