Volunteers are busy preparing for the annual used book sale held at Anderson-Lee Library in Silver Creek Sept. 10 to 13.

SILVER CREEK — It’s that time of year! Held the weekend of the Grape Festival, Anderson-Lee Library, located at 43 Main St., invites residents to stop at the library for some wonderful used books and loads of jigsaw puzzles.

Get a first look at what is being offered during the pre-sale on Wednesday, Sept. 10 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Can’t make the pre-sale? Stop by Thursday, Sept. 11 from 10 a.m to 8 p.m., Friday, Sept. 12 from noon to 5 p.m., or Saturday, Sept. 13 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. ($3 bag sale all day Saturday!) for a great selection of used books and jigsaw puzzles.

All proceeds benefit the library.

Anderson-Lee Library is open to the public Monday and Tuesday from noon to 8 p.m., Thursday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday noon to 5 p.m., and Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The library is closed Wednesday and Sunday.
