The Dunkirk Senior Center will be sponsoring a trip to The Buffalo AKG Museum (formerly the Albright-Knox Art Gallery) on Thursday, Oct. 16. Lunch will be at Chef’s Restaurant followed by a guided theatrical Trolley Tour of Forest Lawn Center. Cost of the trip is $100. Limit of 35 participants. The Senior Center will also have trips to the Batavia Casino on Oct. 27 and the Festival of Lights in Wheeling, W.Va.. This trip will be Nov. 12 to 14. This trip includes two nights at the Wheeling Island Casino.Contact the Center Office for more information.

There will be a General Membership Meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 21 at 10 a.m. Bring suggestions, comments and concerns to the meeting. Breakfast will be served to those that attend the meeting.

There will be a Halloween party on Thursday, Oct. 30 at the Center. Doors open at 4 p.m. Dinner will be served at 5 p.m. Prizes will be awarded for Halloween costumes. Tickets are on sale in the Center Office.

Medicare Insurance companies will be available at the Center on Thursday, Oct. 16; Thursday, Oct. 23 and Tuesday, Oct. 28. from 10 a.m.. to 2 p.m. Sessions are open to the public.

The next Cell Phone/Tablet class will be held Wednesday, Oct. 29 at 10 a.m. Call the Center Office at 716 366-7530 to make a reservation.

Social time is on Thursdays at 11 a.m. Bring a bag lunch and enjoy 25-cent bingo at 12:30 p.m. Pinochle is Monday and Friday at 1 p.m. Exercise Class is Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9 .M. Mah Jongg is Tuesday at noon. Tai-Chi is Tuesday and Thursday at 3 p.m. Dominoes is Wednesday at noon. The birthday lunch for October is Wednesday, Oct. 28. Doors open at 11 with lunch at 11:30 a.m. Must stop in the Center to register. You may bring additional guest for $10 per person. Cardio Drumming is Thursdays at 9 a.m.
