Stephanie Gibbs, North Harmony Town Clerk, has earned certification as a Registered Municipal Clerk by the New York State Town Clerks Association. Gibbs started as Deputy Town Clerk in January of 2017 and became the Town Clerk in January of 2024. Gibbs is also a member of the state Town Clerks Association. The statewide Certification Program was launched in 1997 in conjunction with the state Association of City and Village Clerks.
