Discovery Way at the Point was chosen as the winner of Revitalize Dunkirk’s contest to name its new trail at Point Gratiot Park.

A committee of five Revitalize Dunkirk members considered all 41 entries and decided on Discovery Way at the Point. The person who submitted the entry has chosen to remain anonymous. They will receive a Shop Chautauqua gift certificate from Revitalize Dunkirk.

The trail committee felt Discovery Way at the Point was an inspiring name that will guide future development of the trail. Be sure to walk the trail when you can and see what you can discover!
