Slick roads create hazards

Motorists had to deal with treacherous conditions across New York state on Tuesday after a winter weather advisory. This was the aftermath of an accident on Routes 5 and 20 near the state Thruway exit at Silver Creek around 8 a.m. Snowfall totals, according to the National Weather Service, ranged from four inches to a dusting.
