Next Fredonia trustees meeting canceled

Back and forth the Fredonia government goes — when it meets again, nobody really knows. The latest from Village Hall as of Thursday is that the next scheduled Board of Trustees meeting is cancelled. It was supposed to be held Monday. The OBSERVER got a notice earlier in the week that the meeting would be moved to Tuesday. Then it got a second notice telling it to disregard the first one. Silver Creek Senior Citizens meet

SILVER CREEK – The Silver Creek Seniors met on June 2 with 26 people in attendance. President Randy Nurmi opened the meeting with all saying the Pledge of Allegiance and singing God Bless America. Pauline Flitt read a prayer of the day and a blessing of the members and food. Lunch consisted of ice cream sundaes and root beer floats and delicious pastries.
