WINTER WONDERLAND: The snow returns

Winter weather made a visit to Chautauqua County. Pictured, the Chautauqua CARTS depot at the Dunkirk Airport experienced moderate to heavy snowfall throughout much of the day Saturday. snow. The Department of Transportation and Thruway Authority issued a travel ban on tractor-trailers and buses on the Thruway and other interstate highways beginning at 3 p.m. Saturday.
