An accident on Route 60 South involving at least three vehicles led to injuries Monday afternoon. Fredonia Police as well as State Police, Fredonia Fire, Alstar and Emergency Medical Service personnel were at the scene of the accident around 2:30 p.m. The mishap occurred near one of the Home Depot entrances off Route 60 and across from the Wing City Grille restaurant. Traffic was at a standstill for more than 15 minutes in the southbound direction and on portions of Vineyard Drive.
