Erie 2 Chautauqua Cattaraugus BOCES recently celebrated its graduating class of certified nursing assistants. The program was a collaborative effort between E2CCB, Chautauqua Nursing and Rehabilitation, and Absolut Care of Westfield.

“The class was comprised of current employees of the facilities who shared or were recognized as having the compassion and drive it takes to be a health care professional,” said Susan Sosinski, E2CCB Health Care Services Specialist.

E2CCB nursing staff offered the training in the evening to allow the students to continue to work during the day. Many graduates from the program will go on to take the Practical Nursing class offered through E2CCB.
