Thanks to the generosity of its members and an overwhelming community response to their request, the Chautauqua Cattaraugus Women’s Action Group reported a total of $2,675 will be donated to help the people of Ukraine. The funds were raised between donations and the amount donated by the organization.

All of the proceeds from their event were sent and split between two separate highly rated nonprofit organizations helping Ukrainian people. The two organizations are Doctors Without Borders and World Central Kitchen, who are providing medical treatment and hot meals on site in the war torn areas and at the refugee sites. Anyone wishing to make further donations to either of the organizations can do so at the organization websites.
