Last week, Johnnie and Nathen Lindstrom of the Horns of Hope Convoy dropped off their check for $4,700 to the Western New York Make-A-Wish foundation, which was the total amount of money raised from this year’s Horns of Hope Convoy.

This donation included a $1,300 donation from Hunter Colvin, who spent his 18th birthday raising money on his own to help out the cause. Lindstrom said that while they didn’t do as well as last year, the contribution was still great and the tone of the day made it all worth it.

“The day of the event is priceless and the smiles and memories that are made are where it’s at,” said Lindstrom. “It was a great day.”

Horns of Hope will run again next year, on July 1, 2023.

Starting at $3.50/week.
