CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — WESTFIELD —- At around 8 p.m. Friday, deputies of the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported past tense altercation. Through an investigation it was found that 41-year-old, Larry M. Houser of Westfield did subject another person to unwanted physical contact as well as prevent them from contacting emergency services.
