FULL OF HEART: Adult care program celebrates Valentine’s Day

Dunkirk Adult Day Services Celebrated Valentine’s Day with some homemade treats. The participants and staff baked s’more brownies, double chocolate cupcakes, chocolate covered strawberries, and ham and cheese sliders along with a fruit punch float. They participated in special activities throughout the day.

Chautauqua Adult Day Services, offers senior day programs for adults 60 years of age and older who live in community. The day programs enable seniors to have quality of life through socialization and activity programming. The sites provide breakfast and a hot noon time meal for participants.

There is also a Community Recreation Program that helps persons participate in outings in the community and the sites offer pet therapy, ceramics, music programs, arts and crafts and much more on an ongoing basis.

The Chautauqua Adult Day Services, is a not for profit United Way community partner, that provides an affordable option for older adults in the community to remain independent and at home.

Chautauqua Adult Day Services, has sites throughout Chautauqua County located in Jamestown, and Dunkirk.
