Dunkirk police

The Dunkirk Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred approximately 6:15 p.m. on Sunday on the 400 block of Columbus Ave.

According to Police, a 34 year-old male arrived at Brooks-TLC Hospital by private vehicle for injuries related to a gunshot wound. The victim was being treated for non-life threatening injuries and the suspects were known by the victim. The incident is under investigation.
