The annual Tom Gregoreski Memorial Couples Golf Tournament was held June 11 at the Vineyards Golf Course. The events’ sponsorships provide the funding for the Tom Gregoreski Scholarship program, which awards scholarships to two Chautauqua County high school seniors furthering their education. This year’s recipients are Haylie Maines, Dunkirk High School, who will be attending Canisius College in the fall to study Animal Behavior. She is the daughter of Danielle Long; and Octavia Fred, Dunkirk High School, who will be attending Alfred University to study Business Administration. She is the daughter of Samantha Stuchell.
