A residence in the town of Ellery has sold for more than $1.5 million.

The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales and recently looked at the sales from March 1-10.

During this time period, 3405 Route 430, Ellery sold for $1,520,000. Realtor.com describes the property as a five bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, single family 3,470 square foot home on just under 4 acres of land.

Also during this time, multiple addresses in the south county changed hands from one local company to another, totaling $1 million in sales.

TMA Holdings, LLC of Jamestown sold eight parcels in Jamestown and eight parcels in Falconer to TBT Holdings, LLC of Jamestown for $750,000. The address locations are as follows: 109 North Work St., Falconer; 365 Fairmount Ave., Jamestown; 303 Willard St., Jamestown; and 128 East Pearl St., Falconer. Each location appears to be a residential house.

In a separate sale TMA Holdings LLC sold 2 Williams St. and 34 West Main St., both in Falconer, to TBT Holdings for $250,000. The West Main Street location was formerly a pizza shop and now has a business called Lady T’s Meraki Motif, while the Williams Street location appears to be an apartment complex.

The city of Dunkirk also saw multiple properties be sold together in one transaction. N&M Properties of Dunkirk, NY, LLC purchased 9 St. Hedwigs Ave., 64 Kosciuszko Ave., 69 W. Fifth St., 210 Robin St., 315 Townsend St., and 317 Townsend St. for $388,700. All locations appear to be single family homes.

From March 1-10, there were 11 sales that topped $250,000. The other six sales were as follows:
