A warehouse in the town of Ellicott has been sold for millions of dollars.

The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the sales from June 21-30.

During that time period, Dow Street Properties, LLC of Seneca, Pa. sold 2155-2171 Allen St., Ellicott to 2155 Allen Street, LLC of Falconer for $2.1 million. The building, labeled “Water Street” appears to be at least partially in use. The sale includes multiple buildings. There are also signs on the property advertising lease space available for manufacturing, warehouse and storage.

In a separate sale, Community Bank National Association sold 1281 N. Main St., Jamestown to Bapa 1281 N. Main St. RE, LLC, of Horseheads, NY for $375,000. This is a former Community Bank location and is currently listed for sale.

Also, Abundant Life Church sold 10 Foote Ave., Jamestown to Triumphant Life Church of Erie for $120,000.

Including the previously mentioned sales, there were 15 sales that were $250,000 or higher. The remaining top sales are as follows:
