One person was reported killed Tuesday afternoon in an accident on Route 60, Fredonia near Wal-Mart. A passenger vehicle went under a semi truck in the accident. The Fredonia police and fire departments, the New York State Police, and Chautauqua County EMS responded. Police blocked traffic at the Routes 20 and 60 roundabout from going north on Route 60 after the accident, leading to major backups.
