A Jamestown plaza in the downtown area has a new owner.

The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate transactions in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the sales from Jan. 11-19.

During that time period, Jamestown Rental Properties, LLC of Jamestown sold 405-409 West Third St., Jamestown to Cypress Creek, LLC of Lakewood for $260,000.

In this shopping plaza are Arona Home Essentials and the Child Advocacy Program.

In a separate sale, Palani, LLC of Jamestown sold 1653 Warren Jamestown Blvd., Kiantone to Heil Transportation, Inc. of Clymer for $300,000. Officials with Heil Transportation confirmed the purchase but said they wanted to wait before sharing their plans for the facility, which appears to be a warehouse distribution building.

In another sale, Load Zone A, LLC of New York, NY sold a parcel on Route 60, Charlotte to SL Empire Solar II, LLC of New York, NY for $79,575. This property has a handful of solar panels on it, and sits across the street from Open Door Baptist Church.

Including the previously mentioned sales, from Jan. 11-19 there were 10 sales that were $250,000 or higher.
