WESTFIELD — A 24-year-old man is facing first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child charges.

The Westfield Police Department say they responded to 7651 Route 20, Lot 12 on Wednesday for a reported domestic dispute. Through an investigation, it was determined that the suspect, Levi A Cross was involved in a verbal argument with the female victim, which led to a physical altercation where he pushed her to the ground multiple times.

Those actions did occur in the presence of a 3-year-old child.

The victim informed officers that Cross had fled the scene prior to police arrival. Levi Cross was located on Thursday where he was involved in a separate incident at the same location. Officers executed an arrest warrant and Cross was taken into custody and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment.
