Forestville man charged in multiple sex crimes
A 77-year-old Forestville man has been charged with multiple sex crimes that took place this month.
On Saturday, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation out of State Police at Fredonia charged Terry D. Strong Sr. with third-degree patronizing a person for prostitution and two counts of forcible touching. An investigation determined on Aug. 1, Strong provided a ride in a vehicle to a woman who was walking home from Dollar General in Brocton. During the ride, Strong asked the female victim for oral sex in exchange for money. The female refused then asked to leave the vehicle. Strong then forcibly touched the female’s breast without her consent. The female then exited the vehicle. Strong was operating a gray Ford Fusion at the time of the incident.
Two weeks later, Strong was operating a blue Ford Escape and parked at the rest area on State Route 60 in the town of Charlotte. Strong asked a female parked in the parking lot if he could provide her money in exchange for oral sex. The woman declined, Strong asked multiple times then left the scene.
Strong was processed at State Police at Fredonia then transported to Chautauqua County Jail for CAP arraignment.
