Brocton top students are named
BROCTON — Students of the month for November have been announced by Brocton Central School.
Kiarra Link has been selected by the middle school, recognizing her outstanding achievements, dedication, and involvement both inside and outside the classroom.
Kiarra, a resident of Brocton and daughter of Elizabeth and Steve Link, is a shining example of hard work and school spirit. She actively participates in several clubs and sports, including basketball, volleyball, the art club, and the yearbook club. In addition, Kiarra is involved in band and chorus, showcasing her diverse talents and commitment to the arts.
Academically, she excels in Social Studies and Technology, subjects she enjoys deeply. Her enthusiasm for learning is matched by her creative ambitions. Looking ahead, Kiarra plans to start her own crochet company, blending her passion for crafting with entrepreneurial spirit. Outside of school, she enjoys crocheting and knitting, hobbies that nurture her creativity and patience.
Tyler Pfleuger was chosen in the high school for his dedication to academic excellence and positive attitude.
Son of Valerie and Luke Sanders and a Brocton resident, he has demonstrated impressive academic achievements, earning both high honor roll and honor roll distinctions. His commitment to maintaining strong grades reflects his hard work and focus throughout the school year.
While Tyler does not currently participate in sports or clubs, he has made notable personal growth by building new friendships and confidently managing his school responsibilities. His thoughtful approach to school life highlights his maturity and readiness for future challenges.
Looking ahead, Tyler has ambitious plans including possibly attending college, exploring a career as a YouTuber, and pursuing a fulfilling life. Outside of school, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing video games, and appreciating nature by going on walks when the weather allows.
