In the spotlight: Three Fredonia students selected for state art exhibit
- Submitted Photos Pictured is the artwork of three Fredonia students – Trillium Mason‑DeMello, Brooklyn Smith, and Kayleigh Heida – selected for a statewide exhibit.
The annual exhibition showcases exceptional student artwork from across the state to school boards, educators, and the public. The district congratulates Trillium, Brooklyn, and Kayleigh on the significant honor of being selected. Their artwork was featured in the virtual exhibit, accessible during the NYSSBA convention held in New York City from Oct. 20-22, and will remain online for public viewing through Dec. 31.
“Having three students represented in this statewide show speaks volumes about the creativity, dedication, and skill of our young artists and the strong support they receive from our art teachers,” said Superintendent Brad Zilliox. “We are immensely proud of Trillium, Brooklyn, and Kayleigh, as well as our entire Art Department.”
The district invites family, friends, and community members to view the virtual exhibit online at nysata.memberclicks.net/nyssba-exhibit.
