Club Associates hold annual banquet

The Northern Chautauqua County Club Associates recently held their annual installation banquet at the Dunkirk Elks Club Lodge 922. The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance followed by a moment of silence for all deceased club members.
The head table was then introduced which included president Brian Schneider; vice president Pat Begier; secretary Jim Pryll; treasurer Tom Halicki; trustees Dolores Maurer, Shane Boyle, and Ed “Pinky” Ziegler. Other guests included Fredonia Mayor Michael Ferguson and his wife Dianne, Silver Creek Mayor Kathy Tampio, past president Joe Rozen and his wife Janet, also in attendance was the president of the Southern Chautauqua County Club Associates Chris Sorenson and his vice president.
The guest speaker was Bridgette Paoletta from the Office of the Aging. her presentation was very informative about all the services available at the office. Many members spoke with her after for information.
Under the president’s comments Schneider spoke about some goals for the new year for the officers and clubs. He also thanked all those for coming to the banquet and their clubs for all they contribute to their communities.
The next meeting will be at Dom Polski Club Sunday, Feb. 22 at 10:30 a.m.
