The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from Dec. 12-18.

During this time period, Westminster Place Partnership sold 93 E. Main St., Westfield to Mac Kay Holdings, LLC for $206,000. At one time this building was a Family Dollar and then Dollar Tree. It is now Westfield Makerspace.

Its Facebook page describes the business as “a place for hobbyists, students, entrepreneurs, and even curious visitors” with local makers and vendors.

In a separate sale, 123 E. Second St., Jamestown was sold to ARJR Management, LLC of Jamestown for $55,000.

The building is listed on line to have multiple apartments and a storefront business, however it appears the building is empty. There are signs on the building that says water services have been shut off for at least three months and that is it not to be occupied due to code violations.

The highest sale during this time period was 5518 Wells Bay Road, North Harmony which sold for $1.2 million.

Including the sale previously mentioned, from Dec. 12-18 there were eight sales that were $250,000 or higher. The remaining top sales are as follows:

– 4450 Fairmount Ave., Busti sold for $525,000.

– 77 Bird and Tree Road, Mayville sold for $423,000.

– 363 and 365 Falconer St., Jamestown; 68 Durant Ave., Jamestown; 409 W. Ellicott St., Falconer; and 58 Boulevard Ave., Celoron sold for $356,000.

– 33 Delevan Ave., Jamestown sold for $329,900.

– 130 Marvin Parkway, Jamestown sold for $274,392.

– 2991 Whitaker Road, Sheridan sold for $255,000.
