A local independent insurance agency specializing in Medicare insurance no longer has its south county location.

The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from Feb. 1-10. The county does not provide transaction information, but real estate documents are available for review at the clerk’s office.

During this time period, Arcade Group, Inc. of Jamestown sold 7 Rugby Pl., Jamestown to Strong Capital, LLC and Strong Spine Chiropractic, PLLC of Frewsburg for $250,000.

That was the location of Arcade Senior Services.

The company posted on its website, “Arcade Senior Services is pleased to announce that we are now operating remotely. As part of our continued growth and strategic planning, we have made the decision to move on from our previous location at 7 Rugby Place in Jamestown. While our office setting has changed, our commitment to serving our clients remains stronger than ever. We will continue providing the same trusted guidance and personalized support you expect from us.”

The Rugby Place address does not appear to be being used commercially.

During this time period, there were five sales that were $300,000 or higher. They are as follows:
