MAYVILLE — Four individuals were taken to regional hospitals after a boat collision on Saturday night in Chautauqua Lake.

The Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to Prendergast Boulevard around 11:10 p.m. for the incident. There was three people on one boat and five on the other. Three victims were injured from the accident and transported to UPMC Chautauqua in Jamestown for their injuries, and one was then flown to UPMC Hamot in Erie for non-life-threatening injuries.

The investigation is ongoing by the Sheriff’s office Navigation Division. They were assisted at the scene by the Sheriff’s Office road patrol, County Wet team, North Lake Fire, Chautauqua Fire Department, and County Medic.
