PORTLAND — A Lakewood man is facing rape charges, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department reported on Tuesday.
On July 18, an investigation was conducted by the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division. Through investigation, it was found that Alex Rosage, 29, did engage in sexual contact with two separate female victims under the age of 13 years old.
Rosage was charged with first-degree rape and forcible touching. Rosage was taken into custody by Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office Road patrol and transported to the Chautauqua County jail for CAP arraignment. Rosage will answer the charges out of Portland Town Court.
