Two individuals were arrested after an investigation into narcotics activity at 99 W. Main St. in the village of Fredonia.
A Search Warrant was executed by officers from the village of Fredonia Police Department, narcotics investigators from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and narcotics detectives from the Jamestown Police Department. Located at the residence at the time of the search warrant were Justin Stoll, 32, and Alijah Ernewein, 34.
As a result of the search, investigators seized 78.7 grams of fentanyl, scales and packaging material for the sale and distribution of narcotics and $331. Stoll and Ernewein were both charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia. Stoll and Ernewein were transport to Chautauqua County Jail for the centralized arraignment program.
Authorities continue to ask members of the community to call and report suspicious or narcotics related activity within their neighborhoods.
