CHAUTAUQUA — A Westfield woman is facing charges after a 2-year-old was seen without supervision walking on Route 394.
Around noon Monday, deputies responded to the incident. Through an investigation it was found that Julie L. Kelsey, 32, of 6484 Portage St., did not provide appropriate supervision of the child. She was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and will be in town court at a later date.
