Rich Lewis, Waste Water Treatment Supervisor, stated that DOCCS paid the outstanding balance the Village was owed and that the matter was resolved. Moving forward, the entities are no longer under contract, but the Village is following the guidelines set forth in the agreement "month by month."
The Village has crafted a Request for Quotation for water system improvements pertaining to Highland Avenue, Pullman Street, and West Main Street for waterline replacements.
