A local business of more than 60 years continues to develop and grow on Main Street in the village of Fredonia.

Mancuso Service Center was first developed by Anthony S. Mancuso when he began construction of a garage for auto repair and gasoline. Since his passing in 1985, Mancuso Service Center has added towing, a car wash, detailing and car rental — one of the newest additions — to its list of services.

While cars can be rented for a good price at Mancuso Service Center, they’re also for sale for customers to purchase. As a used car dealer, Mancuso Service Center offers weekly rates and weekend specials.

The 24/7 car wash allows people to choose between automatic soft touch or touch free for the best care for their vehicles. Quick detailing packages make it possible to have your vehicle shiny. Detailing is open Monday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Wednesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Mancuso Service Center’s fleet of towing vehicles is a AAA provider and other clubs. They work 24/7 to make a motorist’s day easier, and their auto ASE repair service will leave customers with a smile knowing their vehicle is back on the road again. All drivers are certified and licensed.

Mancuso Service Center is also the only full-service stop for Mobil gasoline, diesel fuel and kerosene. ASE Automotive Service is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.; Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon.

Please be advised when dropping off your vehicle for repairs or detailing that you have prior arrangements to be picked up. Their waiting room is small and can not allow anyone to stay during this time.

Also, if your car is being towed they can no longer take any riders with their tow truck drivers. This is for everyone’s safety.
