MDStar Presentations help empower, motivate and educate

Michele D. Starwalt, CPM, has more than 20 years of conducting keynote addresses, workshops, and trainings in schools, businesses, and agencies. In the fall of 2019 she ventured out on her own and began MDStar Presentations.

“I specialize in Human Resource Management, youth development and leadership, and female empowerment along with many other topics including boss vs leader, customer service, board development, faith and family, Polish traditions, personal enrichment, educational leadership and STEAM for all ages,” she said.

Contracts in the last six months include Chautauqua Leadership Network, Lutheran Social Services, Art Councils and Studios in the Buffalo region and Erie County in Pennsylvania, small businesses and a large manufacturing company, school districts in our local tri-county area, and NYS Women Incorporated.

Before Social Distancing went into effect, spring and summer contracts were signed for educational and female empowerment conferences in New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Illinois. A popular female empowerment seminar, “Doormat Syndrome,” has been conducted through Jamestown Community College Liberty Partnership program for students in 9-12 grade at Dunkirk High School.

Strengths Based Management and Middle Management Mania keynote addresses and seminars assist in strengthening leaders, managers, and employees in their workplace.

“My mission is to empower, motivate, and educate,” explained Starwalt. Keynotes, workshops, and trainings are available through videoconferencing and online sessions.

NYS teacher Suzanne Hunter participated in one of her events. “Michele is an entertaining and relatable speaker. She connects with the audience, inspiring confidence and excitement. She has undeniable knowledge, clarity, authenticity, and warmth. She is absolutely superb!” she said.
