MattieAnn Elizabeth Jordan

Born June 30, 2014 in Jamestown, daughter of Ja-son R. and Katherine E. “Katie” Quattrone Jordan of Sinclairville; grand-daughter of Robert and Robin Snyder Jordan of Cassadaga and Kevin and Jennifer Birmingham Quattrone of Randolph; great-granddaughter of Anne and the late Donald L. Jordan, the late John and Jacqueline Snyder, Carol and the late Anthony Quattrone, Mollie and the late William Birmingham; niece of Kelly Jordan, Nicholas and Erin Quattrone. Also survived by great aunts and uncles.

A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Monday in Evergreen Cemetery, Sinclairville.

In lieu of flowers memorials in MattieAnn’s name to Women and Children’s Hospital or children’s charity of choice.
