Rick L Willey

Rick L. Willey, age 61, of Portland, NY., was Born May 17, 1953, passed away Sunday, May 10, 2015. He served in the Navy from 1971-1975. He was stationed in Norfolk, VA, Naval Aviation, VAQ-33. He was an artist all his life. He was the owner of the Sign Shop and Monstrous Airbrush Artwork. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Kathleen (Hammel) Willey. He is also survived by his children, Killy J. Moe, Jaime (Willey) Echols and Ryan L. Moe and five grandchildren. His parents, Richard and Joanne (Delcamp) Willey. Brothers David and Mark Willey and many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins. Memorial Service to be held at a later date.
