Jarema B. “Jerry” Korytko, age 63, of Dunkirk, NY, passed away on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at UPMC Hamot in Erie, PA following a lifelong fight with multiple health issues. Jerry was born in Dunkirk, NY on May 18, 1953, a son of the late Jurij (George) and Zina Korytko.
Jerry was a 1971 graduate of Dunkirk High School. He was known for his whole life to be the best car salesman in the area; most recently having worked for the former Emerling Chevrolet in Boston, NY. Anybody who knew Jerry knew his passion for all things car related. He loved drag racing, classic cars, finding “a good deal,” spending time with his grandchildren and always asking for his senior citizen discount.
No calling hours will be observed. A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at a later date.
