Merle Jack Millin

Merle enjoyed basketball, football, soccer, baseball, video games, biking, hiking camping and spending time with his family and friends. Merle attended Brocton Central School, where he excelled in sports and maintained good grades. He had just completed the ninth grade. Merle was very sociable, was very well liked and had many friends. Merle was able to save Eight Lives through CORE (Center for Organ Recovery and Education.)

He is survived by his parents, Cathryn (Mike Dotson) Millin and Thomas Millin; one sister, Ronnie M. Sinclair; two brothers: Alex Millin and Tommy Millin; his maternal grandparents, Ronald and Marjorie Test; his Aunts Sandra (Darren) Buck, Laura (Michael) Shelters, Karen Rater, Candy (Wes) Rue, Tammy (Jamal Papa) Millin, Michelle (Scott) Droddy and Kimmy (Ronnie) Nendindhall; one uncle, Ronald (Teresa) Test; and cousins Sara, Ryan, Tiffany, Rachel, Morgan, Christina, Courtney, Alexis, Cassidy and Gavin. Merle was predeceased by his paternal Grandparents, James Millin and Ella Mallory.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 7, 2017 at 10 a.m. from the West Portland Baptist Church, 7081 East, Rt 20, Westfield, New York 14787. The Rev. Charles Robertson will officiate. Interment will follow at the Webster St. Cemetery, Webster Rd., Fredonia, New York.
