James Britt

James Britt, age 59, of Forestville, New York passed away unexpectedly Wednesday evening (August 23, 2017) at Brooks Hospital in Dunkirk.

Born in Dunkirk on August 20, 1958, he was the son of Jean M. (Stalter) Britt of Fredonia and the late Henry T. Britt.

He loved working on cars and was always the first to help anyone in need; never expecting or accepting anything in return for his time and efforts. Jim enjoyed camping with his wife Carol and their many pets. He was known as the caretaker of the family’s pet cemetery.
